Friday Sept 26thThe day's festivities will begin before noon with Capital Street Art sponsored by Capital Arts. The accoustic blues of the Megan Boyer Band will kick off the festival's live music around 3:30pm. The Pat Coil Group will play after 4:30pm. The L. U. Jazz Band, from Lincoln University of Missouri will perform. Also playing is STORM, a jazz quartet rooted in Central Missouri, currently pursuing music education in Springfield, MO. Cold Blue will close out the evening with blues and jam session Friday's food vendor is Zesto South, featuring award winning BBQ |
Saturday Sept 27thThe winners of Capital Street Art will be announced by Capital Arts. Diverse, the Award winning Jazz group featuring Hermon Mehari will begin the day's live music at noon. L.U.V.E. will showcase the vocal excellence of Lincoln University of Missouri. Tom Andes and Friends are back with us.
We are proud to present a new jazz quartet:
The always amazing Pat Coil Group will perform. Eric Avant will close out the evening with funky Jazz. Food vendor Glover Family Famous Catfish is featured Saturday. |
